I say Sarah Palin in 2012! A great running mate for her would be Sen. Michele Bachmann(R-Mars)

Washington is in a real mess. The first thing we, as the voting public, need to do is clean house. We can do this by NOT voting for any incumbent Senators and Representatives that have been in office for more than 1 term. The Congress and the House of Representatives was never meant to be a lifetime career. The seats should be limited to 2 terms, like the President, and should be changed every 2 elections. If the leader of our country cannot run for more than 2 terms, how ridiculous is it that the rest of those on the hill can? Those who have been in power for years have lost touch with just why they were sent to Washington in the first place. They are out of touch with the common man and woman, the very ones they are supposed to represent. Remember how they reacted when the people spoke out at the town hall meetings regarding Health Care? They couldn't believe that the people would be so outspoken. We need to take back the power that they have taken away. People today are more educated and more in touch with what's going on in the world than ever before. Television and the internet are responsible to this in a large part, and most people want to be informed and aware of what's happening in Washington and how it will affect their lives. The only way this can be achieved is in the ballot booth.

Sarah Palin is such a breath of fresh air, I wish we would elect 546 more people just like her in the next few elections. Our politicians are supposed to be ordinary people. Whether they can spell or not is not nearly as important to me as honesty and truthfulness. Which way too many of our current officials seem to have forgotten. I like her daring and caring for the American people. People who don't like her have a real problem. Honesty and integrity should come way before a cute suit and a great speech, which is all we have now in a pres who could care less for the majority of Americans. Or what we think...
