Never Miss an AMAC Email

Because we send our newsletters and updates to a large number of members at once, some email providers mistakenly file them as junk or spam. The quick, permanent fix is to add our email addresses to your contacts or safe senders list — often called “whitelisting.”

For the best results, add all of the addresses we send from:

Instructions for Your Email Provider

Find your email provider below and follow the steps. It only takes a minute or two.

Gmail
  1. Open an email from AMAC. If it landed in Spam, click “Report not spam” at the top — that alone teaches Gmail to trust us.
  2. Hover over the sender name at the top of the message and click “Add to contacts” in the card that appears.
  3. Repeat for each AMAC address you receive mail from.
Yahoo Mail
  1. Open an email from AMAC. If it is in Spam, click “Not spam” to move it to your inbox.
  2. Click the sender name at the top of the message, then choose “Add to contacts” and save.
  3. You can also click the Contacts icon in the right sidebar, choose “Add a new contact,” and enter each AMAC address.
AOL Mail
  1. Select “Contacts” in the left sidebar.
  2. Select “New Contact” and enter the AMAC email address.
  3. Select “Add Contact” to save, and repeat for each address.
Outlook.com / Microsoft 365
  1. If an AMAC email is in your Junk folder, select it and choose “Not junk.”
  2. Click the Settings gear, then go to Mail → Junk email.
  3. Under “Safe senders and domains,” select “Add,” enter the AMAC address, and press Enter. Repeat for each address, then Save.
Outlook (desktop app)
  1. Right-click any email from AMAC.
  2. Hover over “Junk,” then select “Never Block Sender.”
  3. To add the whole list, open Junk → Junk E-mail Options → Safe Senders tab → “Add…” and enter each AMAC address, then Apply and OK.
Apple Mail (Mac)
  1. If an AMAC email is in Junk, open it and click “Not Junk” (or move it to your Inbox).
  2. Click the sender name in the message header and choose “Add to Contacts.”
  3. Repeat for each AMAC address you receive mail from.
iPhone & iPad Mail
  1. Open an email from AMAC.
  2. Tap the sender’s name in the “From” line, then tap it again on the next screen.
  3. Tap “Create New Contact,” then tap “Done.” Repeat for each address.
Android phones & tablets
  1. Open an email from AMAC in your mail app.
  2. Tap the sender’s picture or initial next to the message.
  3. Tap “Add to Contacts” and save. Repeat for each address.
Comcast / Xfinity
  1. Sign in to Xfinity Email and open your Spam folder.
  2. If an AMAC email is there, open it and choose “Not Spam.”
  3. Open the Address Book tab, select “New Contact,” and add each AMAC address.
Mozilla Thunderbird
  1. Open an email from AMAC.
  2. Click the star next to the sender’s name and address to add them to your Address Book.
  3. If the message was marked junk, click “Not Junk” so future emails come straight to your inbox.
