AMAC Supports Bills to Restrict Critical Race Theory Training in the Federal Workplace

critical race theoryThe government has no right to push a radical agenda onto Americans. These bills, S. 2221 and H.R. 3235, would prohibit funding from being used to advance CRT training in the federal workplace.

The Honorable Ted Cruz
Senator from Texas
127A Russell Senate Office Building
Washington, DC 20510

The Honorable Burgess Owens
4th Congressional District of Utah
1039 Longworth House Office Building
Washington, DC 20515

Dear Senator Cruz and Congressman Owens,

On behalf of the 2.35 million members of AMAC – Association of Mature American Citizens, I write to offer our support for your bills that would restrict the teaching of Critical Race Theory (CRT) within federal institutions, S. 2221, and H.R. 3235.

AMAC members have passionately expressed their opposition to Critical Race Theory. They understand that CRT is nothing more than a mechanism to instruct Americans to hate their country and to judge people based on the color of their skin. They recognize CRT as a dangerous, divisive ideology that has no place in American society.

Your bills acknowledge that our government has no right to push a radical agenda onto Americans and would prohibit funding from being used to advance CRT training in the federal workplace.

Thank you, Senator Cruz, and Congressman Owens, for acknowledging the dangers associated with CRT. Your legislation works to confront this anti-American movement that stands fundamentally in contrast to the goals of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which is to prevent discrimination based on race, color, or national origin to the United States. AMAC applauds your efforts and is pleased to offer our organization’s full support for S. 2221 and H.R. 3235.

Sincerely,
Bob Carlstrom
President, AMAC Action

I have lost a lot of respect for Ted Cruz due to his actions since the 2020 election. He has failed to gain my support.

I watched Ted Cruz explain why the American people do not want the ” corrupt politicians act ” made into law…I can only imagine how he & other patriotic Senators & some Congressmen must feel knowing full well they are speaking to a brick wall…Knowing full well, no matter what they say, the Democrats will NOT change their ways, it must be extremely difficult for them knowing this in advance when trying to honestly portray what the average American expects from their gov’t…
The Democrats know full well the American people want no part in this CRT, Marxist driven ideology they insist on ramming down our throats…
The Day of Reckoning is coming for these miscreants & they will rue the day they ever thought they could turn the American people into socialists…

CRT should not be anywhere. History is history and it can not be changed. I am sorry for their slavery but I did not put them in slavery nor were any of the Americans that are black were slaves. We need to learn from past mistakes and not repeat this history.

Civil Rights Act of 1866, which provided: “All persons born in the United States and not subject to any foreign power, excluding Indians not taxed, are hereby declared to be citizens of the United States.” Birthright citizenship became law. 14th Amendment Section 1 (ratified in 1868) guaranteeing to black Americans — and all people born or naturalized in the United States — the constitutional protection against removal. So any former black slaves became naturalized Americans and their children by birthright American citizens. It is the grand children, great grand children and great, great grand children of the slaves/former slaves that are now the activists for black civil rights, equality, freedom to pursue life, liberty and happiness, etc. as written and defined in the Constitution of the United States and as written in the Declaration of Independence and other ratified federal documents/legislation. History of the US – slave/plantation shows that one of the biggest plantation owner in the South was was a black African American named William Ellison and he believed in genetic stock breeding of his black slaves to produce a heartier black slave for intense field work. Ellison was among 180 black slave masters in the South up to the point of an into the beginning of the Civil War.

You overlook this part of the 1866 Act: “not subject to any foreign power”. Citizens of other countries who are on our soil ARE subjects of the foreign power of the country they came from. Therefore, their children do NOT qualify to be American citizens under the 1866 Act just because they left the womb of their ‘citizen of another country’ parent on our soil. They are citizens of the same country their parent(s) are citizen(s) of.
If I’m on vacation traveling through Italy or Guatemala or anywhere outside the U S, and I go into labor and deliver my child in that country, my child is an American citizen NOT a citizen of the country I happened to be in when he or she was born.
America is the ONLY country who unconstitutionally allows people to illegally enter our country or come here on birthright travel vacations from Asia specifically to have an anchor baby who can be designated an American citizen instead of a citizen of the country their parent(s) are from. It’s disgusting.

It is about time Americans stood up against CRT and it’s Socialistic/Communistic ideas and indoctrination of everyone in America! If these bills cannot be stopped in Congress, every parent in America should take their kids out of public schools and home school their kids so they know and control what their kids are taught! Public schools no longer educate children to be successful in life. All they teach is racism, socialism, homosexuality, and no morals whatsoever! At home, kids can be taught Christianity and the real history of America! Public schools have come to the place they are no longer needed!

Sadly enough William Finch, I have little choice but to agree with your sad assessment of today’s public schools…Our POTUS wanted his 1776 Commission added to all our schools curriculum only to have the election stolen from him & CRT brought in as it’s replacement…
The radical structures of instruction in todays public schools & colleges is problematic in of itself & has been this way for a long time now…
