CDC Report Shows Vast Majority of COVID-19 Recorded Deaths Also Had Contributing Comorbidities

covid-19A recent report from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) shows that the vast majority of people counted among those as dying from COVID-19 had other underlying conditions that contributed to their deaths.

The report states that COVID-19 was the sole cause of death in only 6 percent of the recorded deaths while 94 percent had nearly three other illnesses in addition to the coronavirus including, diabetes, pneumonia, flu, respiratory failure, heart disease, and kidney disease.
