While I support and appreciate most of what AMAC presents in the news, I have a hard time when you make such broad brush statements like the Chicago “mass shootings” I live outside of New Orleans and am keenly aware of reports of multiple shootings over a weekend or even a day. 15 shootings over a weekend is not a mass shooting – it means 15 people were shot in multiple incidents. Maybe you should brush up on the definition of “mass shooting”.
Again, I appreciate AMAC, but it is hard to listen to railings against pushing narratives when it appears that is exactly what you are doing.

The govt. had no problem trying, convicting and executing Timothy McVay, Oklahoma City bomber, in less than 4 years and yet Nidal Hassan, Ft Hood killer, 2009, still hasn’t even been tried much less convicted and executed. McVay was a white man, he’s dead. Hassan is Middle Eastern Muslim, he’s alive and hasn’t even been tried. Puts the lie to their premise.

Funny how the left is always “Ban the AR-15 ‘assault’ rifle”. There are so many other things that kill people – cars, for example, or sharp objects, or a spider bite. This world contains dangers that we must avoid daily, but the narrative went to “assault rifles” (whatever those are – sorry, but any weapon can be used to assault, including a closed fist or a palm thrust). It’s kind of silly. There are people that actually need their rifles, shotguns, and pistols for food. And if food prices skyrocket under Biden’s administration, which is more than likely, we may be hunting wabbit! In Alaska, it’s what you do – the nearest store is a long ways, and mother nature has a lot to offer… sometimes, a wrist rocket isn’t enough!!

Mass murders are a tragedy, no question. That is why we MUST have capitol punishment. ANY mass murderer should face an automatic death sentence whether or not a mental health issue is involved as soon as the person (or persons) is/are identified, in a timely fashion with no lengthy appeals process. Sound radical? So does the taking of innocent life! I have said it before, I’ll say it again. Of the MILLIONS of firearms in the U.S., the vast MAJORITY are owned by legal, responsible individuals. A few very disturbed individuals will be the socialist “crisis” that changes our second amendment forever. All the laws in the world will not apply to the street tug that will continue to kill with illegally owned firearms. Just look at Chicago.The politicians need to get a backbone and pass laws to address this and to use the existing laws to stop these needless tragedies. Unfortunately, this kind of common sense will not work to further the socialist doctrine. When the government “cancels” firearm ownership, it will be a very dark time in American history. Our constitution is in trouble. Write your elected officials!

There is nothing Racist, Sexist, Homophobic about the Second Amendment, it can be enjoyed by everyone, in fact the destruction of the 2nd Amendment hurts those that are the most vulnerable, Women, the Elderly, the Blacks and Hispanics and poor Whites that are hard working people that are trapped in the Democrats new Plantations the inter Cities.—–THE MEN WHO WROTE THE 2ND AMENDMENT DID NOT JUST FINISH A HUNTING TRIP, THEY JUST FINISHED LIBERATING A NATION. The right of self defense is a God given right, the Constitution only affirms that right. When defending yourself you deserve the best equipment you can afford. I will have to check history but it seems to me that when gun control comes up there seems to be an uptake in shootings. It is almost like they set up the incident to make guns look bad. And maybe there is always that many shootings at all times it just doesn’t get the reaponse the press wants when gun control isn’t on the agenda.

For a reason, I don’t understand the left hates WHITE people. Especially white males. Before they knew who the shooter was in Boulder Colorado, they pinned the shooting on a white male serial killer, not knowing he was a middle east immigrant. This all stems back to Barack Hussein Obama. Working with all sorts of people throughout my life I believed that the relationships between blacks and whites were actually improving before Obama became President. He Obama had the most hate-filled administration in my lifetime. What’s really sad he could have been the great uniter between all Americans, instead, he became the great divider. This is being seen in the Biden administration. If you are white and in some cases black and don’t agree with what’s being said or what’s being done your racist. For the past twelve years, the race card has been played every day in the news media. The left thinks they can intimidate any person or any group by yelling you’re a racist. Power more power and money is what the left wants and they don’t care who they hurt getting their goal. I would hope your color, religion, where you were born, or if you are a Democrat or Republican would not matter. The only thing that should concern the great people of the United States in my opinion is we treat one and another with respect, till the persons, groups, or the government proves they don’t deserve the respect. Which this administration has already proven, they don’t deserve our respect. Don’t believe anything you see hear or read till you research the message yourself. Weaponize Race and Gender. Crisis! Crisis! Crisis! Gun control! It seems that there were major gun laws relevant to “assault weapons/machine guns” in the 1930’s and 1960’s. Biden is playing to the crowd. Obama/Biden era saw about 23 executive actions regarding guns. Yo Joe what did you gain? How is it that we don’t even enforce the laws we have now? What was that about the FBI actually being aware of this loose wheel with problems going back to high school because of his relationships? I wonder why the libs are so afraid of guns. Do they fear the people behind the guns?
It is a shame that we use terms like shooter instead of murderer. That person becomes famous and the fallen are just plain dead. Properly enforce the laws that we have. Unfortunately more people die from knife wounds,bludgeoning,strangulation, et al as opposed to mass(4 or more) shootings with assault weapons. We still have a large amount of our primitive selves to deal with.
