Is it just my imagination but did the Democratic convention monopolize prime time TV from about 6 PM to about 11 PM for 4 days last week and this week the major news media were silent until regular programming was stopped about 9 PM for the Republican convention to be aired. On the last day I found by accident that PBS started earlier but all the other days I used online streaming news services to get the supporting speaker speeches. So was the Republican convention treated fairly by ABC, NBC, CBS and Fox compared to last week? Why would anyone believe what they say or the party they support? Hypocrites, liars and thieves are their trademarks.

Their statement that on Jan 20th Nancy Pelosi would assume the Office of President in the event the Electoral College had not clearly elected a president is only true IF the Dems win the House again and she is voted to resume the position of Speaker. IF Republicans take back the House, whoever they choose as Speaker would assume the position of POTUS until such time as a winner of the election is declared. That could be by a 2nd election process or by the House.
