On Thursday, October 22, Secretary of State Michael R. Pompeo and HHS Secretary Alex Azar participated in the virtual signing of the Geneva Consensus Declaration, a historic document that further strengthens an ongoing coalition to achieve better health for women, the preservation of human life, support for the family as foundational to a healthy society, and the protection of national sovereignty in global politics.
The document was co-sponsored by the United States, Brazil, Egypt, Hungary, Indonesia, and Uganda, and co-signed by 32 countries in total, representing more than 1.6 billion people.
The main tenants of the Declaration are:
- “there is no international right to abortion, nor any international obligation on the part of States to finance or facilitate abortion;”
- “in no case should abortion be promoted as a method of family planning;”
- “the family is the natural and fundamental group unit of society and is entitled to protection by society and the State;”
- “motherhood and childhood are entitled to special care and assistance;” and
- “health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.”
Secretary Pompeo said in his remarks, “Under President Trump’s leadership, the United States has defended the dignity of human life everywhere and always. He’s done it like no other President in history. We’ve also mounted an unprecedented defense of the unborn abroad. … Today, we’re taking the next step, as we sign the Geneva Consensus Declaration. At its very core, the Declaration protects women’s health, defends the unborn, and reiterates the vital importance of the family as the foundation of society.”
Secretary Azar said at the event, “The Declaration is much more than a statement of beliefs—it is a critical and useful tool to defend these principles across all United Nations bodies and at every multilateral setting, using language previously agreed to by member states of those bodies. … Tragically, women around the world unnecessarily suffer health challenges—all too often, deadly health challenges—while too many wealthy nations and international institutions put a myopic focus on a radical agenda that is offensive to many cultures and derails agreement on women’s health priorities. Today, we put down a clear marker: No longer can U.N. agencies reinterpret and misinterpret agreed-upon language without accountability. Member States set the policy for the U.N. to pursue. Not the other way around.”

What triggered the signing of this & what country did members meet to sign ? Something must have happened in 2020 to trigger this & I understand Pompeo but Azar is question ??? Where was Pence ? An agreement to eradicate Covid19 between all countries in the world seems like another goal at the present time.
Actions such as this declaration are so important to reverse the tide of globalist political correctness which has dominated the UN for years and made this institution useless for the actual betterment of peoples’ lives.
This was a much-needed step that President Donald J. Trump took back toward reaffirming the importance of every human life and of the traditional family which has been under brutal heavy attack for over 10 years by progressives. I have never liked that word as it somehow says one is getting somewhere and then there’s liberal – except those types are all about liberating you – from all your Constitutional/God given Freedoms. Many studies show that a traditional family is the best format to raise a child, where they get the benefit of having both, a mother and a father, and the specific traits each can offer over a same-sex arrangement which can never be a marriage because the two can never produce a child themselves. Collective entities should be legally forced to name themselves after what they are really doing. ‘Progressives’ should be ‘Regressives’, because of what is lost when they win. Planned Parenthood should be called Prevent Parenthood, as that is their REAL function. They do not help those who enter these ‘termination centers’ for developing/almost-born/born humans, to start/continue families. Two go in and One – comes out, often to a nearby emergency clinic in a real hospital, where the taxpayer is on the hook to pay for the results of the butchering-murder that has taken place. Let’s not also forget that at times a woman goes in there for ending a multiple birth! All abortion should be prevented at every level, except for a few possible occurrences where life of the mother – less than 1% are actually for that, even though those on the abortion cabal falsely claim most termination/deaths are for this. The only other 2 possibilities are for Rape and Incest. There are those courageous women who, despite a physical attack that results in an unsanctioned pregnancy – keep their babies, as those infants are not responsible for how they came to be. That is one of the few times the word – ‘Choice’ should ever be used. Those on the Left have been working long and hard to break up the traditional family unit, coming up with all sorts of other ‘families’ (same sex, poly-amorous, etc.) as ‘replacement’ as these cause so many social maladies that they can step in to ‘fix’ and create dependencies on their freedom-stealing policies that create dependence on their continued ‘assistance’ (for what THEY broke) as a means of getting re-elected. Should you see this as clearly as I have, don’t forget to go in and vote (wear the mask). This is perhaps one of the more important votes in American history where it is very clear what each side is FOR: Our traditional way of American Life – or – some form of Socialism/Marxism/Communism, where government is king & ‘We The People’ will become ‘The Masses’ – with no rights nor means of redress. Hopefully we will not be facing overpowering fraud that swings elections, or the direction of our country – the wrong way. Go AMAC!

The only way the right can learn about the work of the president is through underground sources. I suggest we all find european sources
of information so that we can understand what our president is doing because US sources refuse to. The propoganda left media wants to
slam us daily about Covid because they think we believe the president caused it. And thats all they have. They know their candidate has
extorted US foreign aid from many countries for his own pocket. He has raised a family of theives. The problem for them is that we ALL know that. The propoganda left has failed to cover up Bidens crimes.
